The head of Rospotrebnadzor and Chief State sanitary Doctor of Russia Gennady Onishchenko 04.02.2013 to negotiate with Georgia's delegation on the resumption of Georgian wine and mineral water deliveries to the Russian market, tells the Department's press service.

The import of mineral water and Georgian wine to Russia was banned by Rospotrebnadzor in the spring of 2006, after the aggravation of the Georgian-Russian relations. Nevertheless, in the end of 2012 Russia clarified readiness to start negotiations on the resumption of Georgian products supplies to Russia.
